I'm studying abroad in Switzerland right now and I bought a subscription to ESPN Player (the College Pass). I was able to watch all the March Madness games, even though they weren't broadcasted by ESPN.
Although I'm not sure about football, but I imagine it would work the same way.

ptrack29, where are you located in Switzerland?
Tigershatebama, I get ESPN America and just about every LSU football game was on live this past season. The ones that weren't on live were broadcast sometime the next day. I also have the Slingbox HD and it works very well. It's all dependent on the upload speed at the location of the Slingbox and the download speed where you are watching.
