I've never found a place that does not put the seasoning on the outside so I try not to eat them there. Mardi Gras grill or Big Woodroows is where I would go if I had to. Depending on your tolerance for the seasoned outside bs there is a dive bar named Tbones kind of in the Heights area. They do good specials sometimes even all you can eat. They boil crawfish arse backwards but people rave about them.

While this is mostly the case, I did get some last year at Front Porch that was seasoned correctly...and they were actually quite good. Havent been this year though. I think Wed night is crawfish night there.
