IPODKING, this is for you to share/enlighten us with some new artists.

It's been a while since I went out of my way to find some of the new artists out there.

What are some of your up and coming underground rappers in the LA area?

(Although they are not up and coming per say, here are some of my favorite LA rappers)

Foxx
Webbie
Boosie
Mouse on tha track
lil cali
Nussie (Murdered back in 2009, but his mixtapes were legit)

Louisiana rap, for the most part, is just shitty, half illiterate garbage, glorifying living like a heathen and killing people.

Other than Kevin Gates in Baton Rouge you have

Young Ready - his most recent mixtape Goon Related is very good. Worth a listen to hear him go after Foxx. Hold That Noise Here's one about Foxx Here's one with Level

Mista - He just released a new mixtape called Cain Muzik 2.0. Slow Motion ft. Mouse No Feelings

Lee Banks - his P.A.P.E.R. mixtape is really good. Life Paper Cold Blooded

Spitta - one half of Bad Nooze, he's in jail right now but before he went in he released a very good mixtape call Menace II Society. EDDU I Deliver Bad Nooze - Mental Home

Level - he's better as a featured artist but still very popular. Street Credit 3 is a very good mixtape Mayham That's How i Do It

Don't know as much about New Orleans but you have

LG - his recent mixtape Synth Sounds is very good. Crash Landing Untitled

Da U Boys - their album Tha Shutdown was really good. They some good mixtapes too, especially the one with The Show. What It Take Body Ns

The Flamez - their most recent mixtape Everyday Iz Halloween is really good. Group member Flow recently signed with YMCMB. So Gone Snakes In The Grass Vampires In N.O.

Kashflow - his ReEnrollment 2 mixtape was good. Boyz N Treme Keep Ringing

The Rap Pack - N.O. supergroup consists of K. Gates, Dappa, The Show, and Y Luck. Their mixtape Suit Music was very good. Ooh LaLa Im Feelin Like

Nice response.. You are apparently one of the educated listeners and supporters of this type of music. Im not bashing on rap music. But most La rappers are straight up fricking thug criminals. Sorry if that strikes a nerve
