Just bought a 2005 Pursuit with a Yam 4cyl 250. I am hearing I should pay the extra $$ for ethanol free gas...is it worth it?

Unless your motor is specifically designed to run on ethanol gas, then yes

Yes.
In fact you should go out of your way to get it if you can find it.

should we start up a list on place with ethanol free gas? I found some list online, but I think we could create a better, more up to date list

I've got 1 within a quarter mile of my house and another about mile further down the road.

For a boat motor absolutely, even for a vehicle

I haven't been able to check it with this truck since my trip odo is broke and I don't do math when I'm not at school, but in my old truck I saved (a very small amount of) money with 100% gas because of the slight increase in mileage.

Absolutely if your vehicle isn't made for the ethanol performance will suffer. I have a flex fuel vehicle and the cost savings doesn't matter when I use E85 because I get shite gas mileage with it.

Of all the online sites out there I post the one you found but didn't mention. If you use the gas buddy app on smartphones you can just make a note of the stations that are ethanol free. I wish they would incorporate that option into the app.

there is a gas station on hwy 70 right after the split and cross the tracks...it's on the right, big new gas station...has 1 pump ethanol free that caters to fisherman
