I know everyone has been hailing Rhymes (with good reason) but I think we take Nola for granted sometimes. He has played such a smooth shortstop and has come through with tons of clutch hits for us. We will definitely miss him next year!

You are absolutely correct... We take him for granted. He has been so consistent throughout his 4 years here. That HR last night was a BOMB!

Quick question... Does anyone know who will replace him at short next year when he is gone?

You are correct and it's been going on for years.

He has been a rock in the field and as bout as clutch as they come at the plate for 4 years.

Thanks to AN!!

I thought I was the only one who did the Nolia clap every time he comes to bat. Nice

I always love a kid that doesn't leave in the draft. Especially in baseball, when you turn down junior money, you lose as a senior. This kid loves this school and this fan base. And, he is way more than a baseball player. He has won the community service award more than anyone. Thank you for starting this thread. He will lead us to the promise land.
