I was wondering about that. Does it go to Goodell who could just do as he pleases or does it go to arbitration when NFLPA appeals?

Arbitration. The owners fricked themselves naming Godell the Judge, Jury, and Executioner on their side. The players' suspensions will be appealed and reduced in half, which is what he is counting on. He will suspend several of them for the entire season, knowing the appeal process will decrease it in half. All the while, he is plastered on the main stream media daily to promote himself first, then the league. frick Godell.

I would like to hear from somebody knowledgeable how long these appeals could drag out for. Could it be like Starcaps and go on for 2 years?

There was a report out last week, I think, about how the NFL was trying to get the suspensions under the personal conduct policy for the players involved. That way they couldn't appeal to an arbitrator. If that is the case we f*************KED

I read this too. Dick move by goodell. But what happens if goodell says he is in charge of appeals and the NFLPA insists they are. Would the NFLPA have any recourse if goodell does this?
