3.Brees
4.P Manning
5.E Manning

The first four are a toss up. Any could be ranked number one any year. Just going off of last year. Also, I was lost after 9, so I went with Vick kind of by default.

I value longevity and consistency in the league and Brady has done both of those. So has Brees. Rodgers hasn't been starting as long, that is why he is at number 3.
And between Brees and Brady, I go by SB victories and performances. They are very close, but I still believe its Brady without question.

Forgot about Romo, I'd put him between Schaub and Stafford.
And yes, Cutler is probably the most underrated QB in the league

no doubt Brady is great, and i'm obviously a little biased for Brees....but how can you put Brady over Manning without a question is what surprises me.

Cutler should be ahead of at least one of those two

Should I have put performance in said victories?
This last year wasn't even Brady's best year in the past 4 seasons.

Because Manning has had like 4 surgeries on his neck?

This, plus he's been out of the league for a year.
