Lawrie Sanchez was pretty shocking as a manager.

Sanchez is a great candidate for worst ever. That season was my first to follow the EPL and I initially followed Fulham as Dempsey was my favorite player and they also had Bocanegra and McBride. Sanchez was truly awful and Fulham was so much better after they brought Woy in. Their great escape that year was so exciting to follow.
Sanchez didn't even last a full season though, he wouldnt' qualify if you apply the 2 year EPL criteria, which I think is only fair as there have been plenty of managers who didn't even last a season and never managed in the EPL again.
