I believe they did BIG TIME.

I think this 1.2 version patch is the version that Bioware intended to be the launch version of the game and that EA forced them to release for Christmas.

I think if they had launched now with this version that the player base as a whole would have been much happier with the game.

Instead... they launched early, and the game really just wasn't truly ready. I think it has cost them dearly.

If this is what they meant to do to troopers to begin with. . .then why even add them as a playable class?

Just like monks after EQ1 nerfed them. I can't think of a single reason to seek out a Trooper over any other tank. In fact, all other tanks have better aggro's, stuns, and AoE.

Wouldn't surprise me if ME3's launch was pressed too early by EA.

Everything they acquire eventually ends up turning to shite.

I'm not in game dev but I am involved with software dev, it's always here's half the money, do this in half the time that we originally agreed too but we still want almost all of the original requirements.
