TJ was seen as a decent hire from a mid-major. We really have to be careful this time. Getting to the NCAA Tournament next season is a MUST. After that, the new coach is going to have to bring CONSISTENT sucess (which John Brady did a decent job resurrecting the program for a time but he could not win and make the Big Dance consistently). Getting to the NCAA should be a REQUIREMENT with some Sweet 16s, Elite Eights, and Finals Fours sprinkled in. It is about time we won a national title around here.
Maybe Anthony Davis is the man. I don't have anything against him. I'd be willing to see the BOS give him an interview. But we can't make a mistake this time.

With Hamilton leaving we aren't making the tourney next year unless the new coach brings some recruits with him.

Stanford is not a mid-major school. I agree we have to be extremely careful and make a great hire this time because a bad hire hear could really set us back another 4 years. And definitely I'm with you on the winning a ship part. Would be a year long party.
