football is called a contact sport, but in truth it is a collision sport. With players getting bigger / stronger / faster ( much faster ) it is logical to assume players with get hurt more often. The N F L sells dvd's that praise these licks (snot bubble hits ).Now the lawyers jump in and you are seeing where this is going. The saints are at the wrong place at the wrong time. Wrong is never right.....but if the N F L tones down the game....they will lose market share......

market share......ratings....if enough people loose intrest ....look at the nba..

No they won't. If anything they'll get more viewers because the player safety concerns will end up with much higher scoring games. Those games bring fans and put butts in seats.

Whatever man. I'm speaking the truth and being realistic. Perhaps you need to turn off the current version of the NFL until it becomes the glorified touch football you seem to be defending.
