i remember when davey came in atlanta during the peach bowl- you would've thought we won the national championship by the reaction of LSU fans. let me repeat- when he came in the game to replace booty.

Fricked up our QB situation for at least four years by using us as a bargaining chip against the Marlins. I was at the game the he and Peyton Manning made an official visit. Booty signed knowing full well he was going to go with the Marlins. Don't know if we had a good shot at Manning, but after Booty signed, all other decent QB prospects went elsewhere. This was at a time that we desperately needed to keep in state prospects. (If I hadn't closed my FB account, Booty would probably un-friend me now.
