That's what I want, 101 to 104ish. If they're bad seats and views, then let the suites subsidize their costs, make them cheap/affordable season tix for recent students that stay n BR after graduation..later working their way down into the lower bowl with job/career advancements.

If what someone else said about sprinkler systems or something is true, that could explain the 99.5
