Holy Shite, what an episode!!!
There were so many epic moments and twists here. Wow.
The awesome; There was Spartacus and his friends posing as Romans, Ilythia coming back to the house, Varunius pwning Glaber even though that did fizzle out a bit with Glaber's wife coming back.
Then the most epic moments; Ilthyia killing Seppia out of nowhere like that and pounding her husband covered in blood. The epic battle at the temple, thinking they've won until those fireballs come out of nowhere. Then Big O and the egyptian having a good fight. And then the brawl at the temple then finally the escape to the mountain.
The Season Finale is going to have to be fricking incredible to top this. And I'm sure it will be. I fricking can't wait!!!!

this ep was pretty badass. finally get past all the petty bullshite, and getting to battles.
Next weeks episode looks to be a great finale.

Good to hear this. I know these type of productions aka Rome are expensive to produce and I worry about yet another series getting whacked.
I'm looking forward to a showdown between Gannicus and the Egyptian. Poor Oenomaus, his body is like a monument to serious injury.

Agreed.
Especially about the monument part. He went several rounds in the underworld of fighting and almost died. He was already seriously tortured, whipped and branded by Ashur at the ludus. And now this.
I saw in the previews that his wounded eye was cauterized. Ouch.
