Kamado cookers kick arse! BGE, Primo, and Kamado Joe all great. I checked into each one before I bought. All really good, and the food that comes off in phenomenal. I did some steaks they other night seared em at 650, but have done an 8 hr. Pork but at 225 without adding any charcoal. Very versatile. Highly recommend one if you have the means...
