I work for a valve manufacturer
NOV actually just called my office the other day trying to speak to our engineering dept. They were trying to hire a check valve specialist. They have 4 facilities within 10 miles of my office.

My dads been a manager at NOV here in LC for about 10 years, with them for almost 30. Great company to work for.
