watching wwl and them showing women's comments from facebook makes me want to shoot myself. I am super pissed about the bounty and every team that does it, probably every team does it, should be meet with a large penalty and it should be same for every team. Then people are freaking out saying Drew Brees isn't coming back then saying we are going to lose Nicks and Colston shows that most people are bandwagon fans and don't know shite about football.

I follow wdsu on facebook. You should go read the comments from women and dumb asses under the story about franchising Drew Brees. It's comical how little people know about the NFL and then try to make comments about the situation.

The bounty situation actually gives me a little pride in this team. When everybody's mad at your swagger, that's when you've arrived.

When a 49er cries after beating your team in the playoffs... yeah.

I think that we'll find out who the real bandwagoners are when, not IF the Saints have a bad season again.

And not like the two years Payton didn't make the playoffs. I'm talking about seasons like Ditka's tenure and Haslett's last year, and 1980.

dude it ain't just women.

I am appalled at houw stupid people are.

It's ridiculous that people are surprised by this. This is not an isolated incident. The people who are turning their back on the team are pretty sad.

The only problem I have with the saints this weekend is the franchising of Brees. I have no problem with the "bounty boys"

im cool with the big hits and turnovers, but not trying to injure guys and make them get taken off on a cart.

So you don't like defense, or football in general?

no, i just don't like the intent to try and intentionally injure somebody. You make them quit by delivering big hits, but not by trying to injure them.

Warner and Favre, two guys that were years past their prime and were only out there trying to hang on to former glory. Warner got a clean hit and Favre got banged up because he had really lost a step. If a player makes big hits we all say, "we need to hang on to that guy..pay the man".

Unless we had a situation like the Kyle Turley incident, like...if he had received money for doing what he did to a guy, i can't really see anything wrong.

Franchising Drew probably does mean we lose at least one of them... What I don't understand is after 2 years of contract talks it comes down to a franchise tag that was pretty much wasted
