What about David Beckham? Pretty sure he's generally considered a good decision maker. Anyway, you are stating your opinion as proof that a person with a neck tattoo cannot be a good decision maker, and it's just stupid to do so. I also know a guy that has his own law firm, and has a neck tattoo.

i said no such thing.
i said it was a sign the person was PROBABLY not a good decision maker or leader.
your anecdotal evidence aside, i see nothing to change my mind.
