i couldnt tell you. but the difference is there.
you just cant find that many individuals that have neck tats that have a decent head on their shoulders.
a few basketball players, obviously i am not including actual tattoo artists, but other than that they are VERY few and far between.
there is just something about the mentality that comes with getting that particular thing done.
similarly, do you think people with face tats make good decisions? would you consider someone with a teardrop or mike tyson esque whatever the frick that is to be a good idea and indicative of leadership qualities? not all ink is the same.
