I was shocked at how much ducks eat bugs. Been having mine for about 5 yrs and it still surprises me how the first thing they do is leave my pond and head for the yard when it rains. Only other time they do that is when acorns are falling.
They also mate like freaking rabbits (doing this time of year). I have 12 right now and will have at least 40 babies in about 3 months.
