That's my next course of action, although I'm not sure a pellet gun would do it. I've tried a BB gun in the past to try and deter them, but they're too stupid to remember they were just shot a couple of hours later and come right back.

I am "Urban Hunting" right now. A Squirrel in the attic. I have a nice corn pile in the back yard, 22 sub-sonics, Suppressed Bolt-Action.
I wonder if you could place an Owl or Hawk Decoy in your yard and deter them?
