kevin faulk
charles alexander
steve van buren
dalton hilliard
billy cannon
jerry stovall
jimmy taylor
domanick davis
labrandon toefield
charles scott
joe addai

keiland williams, rondell mealey, cecil collins, and alley broussard were all better too, but either didnt get an opportunity or had other circumstances

that was easy

Kevin Faulk.

Isn't he still the SEC's all time total yardage leader or did he get passed by someone in the last couple of years?

That was/is a mighty impressive stat that most people outside of LSU fans didn't realize.

Kevin Faulk, and its really not that close.

Sheesh, Collins was a freak but doesn't have the resume.

First off you didn't even see half that list play so in truth you don't know wtf you are talking about.
2-6?

Dominak davis ? That's a wash
Charles Scott? That's a wash

I'll give you Cecil Collins , but I wouldn't trade Jacob Hester for mealy, Broussard, or kw.

Kevin Faulk. As someone mentioned before, he did it with very little around him. People who have been longtime LSU fans remember the bad football that was being played when he came in. What he did was amazing.

Certainly not the best in LSU history but I always enjoyed watching Domanick Davis run

As far as the best in history the only names that need to be in the conversation are Faulk, Hilliard, Cannon, and maybe Cecil Collins as a wildcard

Didn't Kevin Faulk also have the best NFL career of any RB from LSU? I'm not saying that was a criteria for the OPs question but it doesn't hurt Faulk's status either.

Cecil Collins would've been a hall of famer.

Nice input into the conversation. The most important thing is your cute little emoticon counts towards your post count.

Alexander or Faulk. I'd say, take your pick.
