First time in a basketball league, but I'm kind of getting the hang of it and my team has had some success. Here's what I got.

CP3 - PG
Jose Calderon PG
Mario Chalmers PG
Kemba Walker PG/SG
Ryan Anderson PF
Andrea Bargnani PF/C (out for a while)
Al Harrington PF(been a pretty solid pick up)
Luol Deng SG
Kevin Martin SG/SF
Trevor Ariza SG/SF
Marcus Camby C/PF
Emeka Oakafor C
Nikola Pekovic C

Here's what I'm eyeing on the wire still:

Zach Randolph PF (out, should be back in a week or two?)
Ramon Sessions PG
Spencer Hawes C (out)
Gordon Hayward SG, SF
MarShon Brooks (just came back, was a solid rookie before getting hurt)
Alonzo Gee SG, SF

I'm playing the guy in second place these week and he's pretty stacked with Dwight and Dirk. Should I make some moves this week and swap some people out? Do I risk picking up Randolph right now?

I'll hang up and listen.

Chalmers is a top 25 player this year.

I wouldn't swap anyone out. Randolph doesn't have a set return date yet.

If Hawes is healthy, I'd swap him for Oakafor. Id also consider Brooks or Gee instead of Ariza.

im guessing Lin is gone?

Pick up Randolph drop Okafor. It doesn't appear Okafor is coming back soon and Kaman is playing well. Randolph will be a consistent scoring and rebounding your team needs. Team looks solid enough to hang around and make the playoffs with a lower seed. Randolph should pay big dividends... early bird gets the worm.
