that Les Miles & the staff/company line is that he was disrespected by some coaches in-state as far as recruiting is concerned. That he's sort've offended by this. That the mantra is that you are either for us or against us.
I know one purveryor of website-related intel of the LSU variety that is not only hypothesizing this, but at the same time, indicating that the fans played a role in the likes of National Signing Day disappointments of Denzell Devall, Landon Collins, & Torshiro Davis.
In other words, from many circles, I see the fingers pointing towards HS Coaches. To the limitations of personnel. To high school coaches betraying us on the recruiting trails. To the very fans in the stands.
I see no introspection. I see no real moves to replace dead weight on the staff beyond a guy that took a promotion.
Strawman. Very weak.

I don't see a lot of accountability amongst the members of the staff. Whether its for play on the field, personnel decisions regarding who got onto it, schemes that were devised for the kids to execute once they were on it, and quite honestly, the work put in to reel the next class of Tigers onto the suddenly green grass of Tiger Stadium.
I see many fingers from within...and they all seem to be pointing somewhere outside the walls of the Football Operations Center near the Ponderosa.

Spring Football will be interesting to see just how much of a shift we see in terms of our philosophy. Will it be a tectonic one, or will it be one in name only?
It's going to be a run based offense with the ability to throw the football downfield successfully. We'll throw it more than the last few years, but we will not throw it more than we run it.
It's not going to be an entirely different offense. Expecting different would say more about you than it does about the coaching staff.
