While on a certain level I agree with you, on another level, I believe we had an entire recruiting staff able to recruit these two kids, & we did not.

Further, we made a huge gamble & ultimately a huge mistake with the Kiel & Miller two-fer. I say quite safely that we made multiple errors down the stretch, and based on what I hear and what I see, certain members of this staff who actually do pay the price and put in the time to do their work out there on the road with kids are being spread too thin.

They need help. We faltered in-state. We should address it.
