re: The Wire: Best/Favorite Season?

I am so partial to season 1. I loved all the seasons, but I watched season 1 again over the past few months On Demand and just realized how groundbreaking it was and how hooked I was only after the 1st episode. I just thought no one has kept it that real on an HBO show yet and that included Oz and Sopranos. It's really tough to pick one really, but I'd just say season one simply for the way it completely hooked me and how disappointed I was when it ended the first time and again a few weeks ago when I finished it again.
