I wasn't there ... but I'm fairly certain he was using "chest" as an alternative to saying, "he didn't have the BALLS.... "... but that's just me....
He could have said "intestinal fortitude" I suppose... but then he would have had to explain it....

Probably referencing the heart..... Meaning the kid doesn't have the heart and soul to lead a national championship team to victory.
This is why (IMO) CLM liked JJ so much. He seemed to have the heart (i.e. chest) but unfortunately not the brains/smarts or talent.
Liggins will be in the LSU line-up soon enough as a QB.... these are the kind of players Miles loves - those that compete for championships. This is also why LSU will be competing for national championships for years to come!
