Did not having a night SEC game in TS hurt this years class?

First let me say I am not bashing this class. I think we have a great class that filled our needs.
I am just wondering if by not giving the recruits the experience of a night SEC (big game) at home might have hurt? We all know the atmosphere in Tiger Stadium is different when it is a day game vs. a night game.

Yeah, because all of those CBS televised day games hurt recruiting so much...

I was just wondering what your opinion was. Thanks.
I got the idea because I read multiple articles after the LSU vs. bama game at bama. The articles stated that the atmosphere of that game was incredible, and could easily have swayed a recruit to go to bama on that night.
I know not having a game at night would not have been a determining factor, I was just wondering if you think it could have affected any decisions since some of the recruits did not get the full LSU experience.

Could coming to a night game in Death Valley have impressed a few recruits? Yeah, of course, but I doubt that not seeing a night game in person was a determining factor.
If you were going to go that far, you would also be able to say that because we blew out everyone we played at home that recruits couldn't get excited because there wasn't enough atmosphere of excitement at our games like there was at the Nov 5th Bama game.

I suppose the next thread will be "Did having only six home games this year hurt recruiting"
What did we need Linebackers what did we get Linebackers!! I think we will be just fine!!

The atmosphere sucks regardless unless it's a ranked team and even if so..people will still leave early in the 4th quarter. Only real reason night games are better THESE DAYS is because you can drink longer and it's not so fricking hot. I hate how LSU has become since being spoiled with success

No.
If LSU was playing night games this year then we wouldn't have been ranked #1. Top teams get primetime slots and the primetime slot for the SEC is on CBS which is always at 2:30pm CST.
