Updated list of mid year signees:
Darius Barksdale S 6-0 190 Batesville, Miss./Ole Miss
Will Burrowes S 6-1 200 Perkinston, Miss./Mississippi Gulf Coast
Kevin Fouquier LB 6-4 210 Lafayette, La./Comeaux HS
Terry Johnson OL 6-2 285 Oxford, Miss./Northwest Mississippi CC
Ryan Mosby LB 6-1 220 Heath, Texas/Arizona Western
T.J. Worthy WR 6-2 180 Gasden City, Ala./Ole Miss
If Tig Barksdale can stay out of jail, we can have a pretty solid defense.

Delvin Jones' papers are in. He's a Cajun! Another SEC defensive lineman in here. Houston Nutt's bitchass kicked Jones off the team at Ole Miss following a public intoxication arrest. Good news is that it's encouraged to be intoxicated in public in Lafayette.

Houston tried to flip Brooks Haack at the last minute but he decided to stay with the Cajuns
Delvin Jones' bio:
Had scholarship offers out of high school from Ole Miss, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Florida State, Louisville, LSU, Michigan, Nebraska, Oregon, Tennessee, and Southern California.

That's not suprising, the career he had at Katy was ridiculous.

It's either 2 or 3. I'm not sure. Will be fun to see if he can stay out of trouble.
Unlike Lance Kelley

decent class minus nixon and fouquier
Posted on 2/1/12 at 10:47 am to Enfuego
Im not sure what they plan on using nixon as, God knows it will not be at qb!
Posted on 2/1/12 at 10:47 am to Ioncehitta Longball
I don't see Raymond Jackson from O. Perry Walker and Johnell Celistan from Hahnville
Posted on 2/1/12 at 10:54 am to Ioncehitta Longball
Nixon is a pretty solid kid. They plan on using him at LB or TE, I can see him as a rush backer in the 3-4.
Fouquier will be a linebacker, probably a middle line backer.

If you think this class is good, wait until next year. Most of the players already have their schools selected before December of their senior year. History has proven that you get your biggest bump the year after winning the New Orleans Bowl.

Irrational douching up of this thread. Well done.

Celistan decided to forgo his preferred walk-on offer at UL and take a preferred walk-on offer at Tulsa. Best of luck to him.

Houston Nutt has done wonders for Hud.
