Heard some guy on the radio last year sometime claim that Miles not only had a general preference for the running QB (as in Jefferson), but he said Miles wanted to be able to say (without even saying) to the recruits that he stuck with the brother, since most of the recruits may not say so publicly, but some (not all) like Miles even more for doing so. I am not saying this is my opinion, as I think he just loves JJ in particular (i susbscribe to the nude pics theory myself ), but perhaps there is a kernal of substance to this guys opinion. Ever since hearing that (some random caller i heard while driving I-10 in Louisiana last year), I have wondered.

I wonder if a young black recruit would actually pay attention to that and use it as a tie-breaker to choose Miles/LSU instead of some other school? It seems this might not matter to most, but maybe to some?
