LSU fans have never experienced a loss at the highest level (besides basketball at the final four but everyone should be used to that).
We expect to win those kind of games and that's a great thing. At least it seems like most have healed and 2012 should be great.
All of that is fine and might be somewhat true. Biut I think most rational ppl knew that sooner or later a loss was coming in a championship situation.
For me the reason it was so tough was because the team acted like they didn't want to be there. They had absolutely no fire at all.
