Yeah South Florida is getting to be so effed up with non native species. I caught a few when we went last time to catch peacock bass.

Did a project on them a year back for a environmental class, some bad motherf'ers they kill all fish and can pretty much go anywhere, cause they can get on land and walk as long as their wet, they can breath atmospheric air and also in the water.
Their mostly tearing up the northeast though, suck it yanks.

ya man they are some badasses, they carry diseases, have high survival in their eggs cause both the male and female stay on guard duty, I mean everything about them sucks.
Their not as bad as the asian carp invasion, but they are having problems with them.

Here is a picture of a Giant Snakehead.
Fun Fact: Their native to Southeast Asia and Africa. Most of the ones in the US are from Asia. Sparked from a somewhere in Massachusetts, a guy that ran an exotic aquarium dumped them in a river. Plenty more of em have been dumped by others, but thats supposedly where it started.
