Two questions: what does high risk students mean? And why would you show that to 13 year olds?

They were 2 or more years behind in the 6th grade.
Most of these kids came to school high on pot. They live with aunts and grandparents. Nobody gave a frick about them. Most had been to jail.
They knew I was in the Marines, and wanted to see what boot was like. I only showed them the first half. I would've been fired if anybody found out.
