First, at the trade deadline I would try to trade Kaman and Ariza for Iguodala. Then, assuming we get two top 10 picks, I would draft Perry Jones and Jeremy Lamb/Harrison Barnes! If we get the first pick, then I would draft Drummond, but I doubt we get the first pick. This would potentially give us a decent starting lineup with some depth! Also, get rid of Marco! Finally, in the summer, I would add a good starting PG(Felton) from FA. Our team wouldn't be bad!!

PG- Felton/Jack/Vasquez
SG- Gordon/Lamb or Barnes/Henry
SF- Iguodala/Aminu/Summers
PF- Landry/Jones/Smith
C- Okafor/Ayon/FA

After Drummond and Davis come off the board I would like Lamb, Barnes, Rivers, or Leonard.

It would be cool to go after Augustin also in FA.

Hawes > Kaman
Igoudala > Ariza

dont think Sixers would agree to this, not to mention it wouldnt be allowed in the first place because salaries dont match up.

I am sure the team with the 3rd best record in the league would love a huge downgrade at SF

I think I would add Robinson to this list. If he was one inch taller, he'd be the number 1 pick. As long as he measures 6'9 then I would love him.

Man, Augustin has really come into his own this year.

Yeah, give me the 24 yr old making $4M that is improving, over the declining 30 yr old making $14M

And they have just about the same production this year. Actually, Hawes is grabbing another rebound per game.

The Hawes > Kaman that was used before was clearly just based on ability not on salaries or age. Kaman plays less minutes per game and has pretty much the same stats as Hawes. If Kaman got the minutes like he did with the Clippers where he was an All-star just 2 years ago he would have far better numbers. Main reason Hawes' stats are even a little better are because he was averaging more than 30 min a game for the first 8 games. Kaman has had 1 30 min game all season because he has Okafor, Landry, and Smith who get a good amount of playing time.

If you want to include salary and age than of course you look at a 23 year old making $4 mil before a 29 year old making $14 mil. Kaman may be over payed, but Hawes is vastly underpayed.

And to you... Watch the skill set of each of these two players because many people would highly disagree with you.
