LSU 24-3 the last two years.

JJ helped LSU win some big big games. Hopefully Mett will do the same. Mett got some big shoes to fill.

They need to go back to the dome and pick up the torch then. JJ left it on the field.

NOOOOOO!

JJ would hold onto the torch too long or throw it at Mett's feet

I think JJ should be officially known as "That QB we will never speak of again"

Maybe they could turn out the lights and have a "passing of the torch" ceremony the night before the spring game in Tiger Stadium. The team could stand in a big circle singing "I believe I can fly". But JL probably will need to hold the torch first then pass to JJ then Mett.

Yes, he helped win the 10 & 11 Bama games, 10 Ole Miss game, Cotton Bowl and 11 Hog game.
5 good performances.
This year's wins vs WKU & Ole MIss, you could have been the starting QB and we would win.

I think we'll get by fine without JJ. No torch passing needed.

JJ would fumble the torch and look at Mett like 'wahhhhha (sob) it's all your fault'

J Lee won more games this year than JJ....He was more reliable and more of a leader with better stats...maybe he should pass it. If you insist on JJ, maybe he should just "hand it or run it over" just not that sure about his passing.

Oh hell no. Do you really want to put a torch in JJ's hands? He'd end up fumbling it, throwing it at Mett's feet thus causing 3rd degree burns on Mett's legs and hands, catching TS turf on fire and ultimately burning down the whole stadium. I can see the interview now with JJ, face covered in soot, saying "I think I did a pretty good job of passing the torch and put the firemen on my back but they just couldn't get the job done"
