I don't know what happened Monday night. It was horrible. But, I saw a dominant football team all season. I disagree with Miles on his use of QBs, but I trust him to lead this team well next season.
Something happened. I'd like to know what. But, we have good days in front of us. I hate all the guys leaving early, but we will be fine. At this point, the fan base needs to rally before we lose more recruits. This is not the end. Stop it with the catastrophe syndrome.

Same here but I am sure frustrated with him right now. I wish he'd have a press conference or something. Just him. Or do his radio show or something.
I think everyone is just dumbfounded at what we witnessed. I wish he'd at least say more than the few sentences he said post game.

i tell you what happened. les miles went in the game thinking he would run the option on saban like before. saban knew he had to throw the ball to win. he would be ready for our option. i said all year that there would come a time when we had to throw. we never worked on it so you all saw the results monday night.

Bama wondered what happen to them against Utah a few years ago. They also wondered what happen to them against Auburn last year. And they wondered what happen on Nov 5th against us.
Monday was a downer....the best of LSU is still ahead of us. We were not suppose to win the West this year and look what we did!

I agree, I love Miles too. Embarrassed about what happened Monday night but that doesn't change my feelings towards him and our team.
Thanks for posting this, it's time to support our team and school so we can be ready for another great year next year

I love LSU and I Do Not Believe in Les Miles.
The way in which he handled the QBs was stupid and stubborn and it cost us a national championship.
I'm sure we will have another good season next year. I am also sure Les Miles will have another epic F Up that will cost us at least one game. He always does.

I love Les too, but he better hire a good oc and let them run the offense.
I agree 100% and have said this before. Especially letting a good OC (Stud isn't it, imo; Kragthorpe should continue with QB's though) Is it likely to happen? I'd be very surprised. But one cannot argue that Miles record is the best of any LSU coach, and I will support him. I just hope the light comes on for him re getting an OC= Chavis quality, then leave him alone.

Basically, Miles needs to get someone to run the offense and get out of it, including who plays QB. But, we had a dominant team except for the Alabama games. It is what it is. This was Bama's year. Next year is our year.
We need to do what Saban told McCarron to do when he was coming off the field earlier in the season and calm down.
How is this different from what Bama went through after losing to Florida and Utah? We lost. Move on.
To my dying day, I will believe that something drastic happened to this team before the game Monday. They were not LSU. It might have just been Les and JJ and all of that coming to a head. But, it is done. Time to move on.

quote:I agree. I love LSU. And I loved this year's team in particular. This was a great, fun season. I loved to see how they played together, overcame adversity, and mostly dominated the opposition. No matter who. They seemed to have fun in the process. Credit to CLM and the coaching staff for helping create that winning, fun culture. They were mostly a joy to watch, all 13 wins. Which is partly why for me this loss is so painful. The team and coaches I loved watching all season was a no-show. What I saw was more like the harder to watch Tigers from '09. That they went belly-up for Bama only made it more painful. That Coach Miles seemed to be unable or unwilling to do anything that might have changed the conditions while there was still time for LSU to come back and win again was unbearable. I want to believe in Coach Miles. But I'm totally frustrated and disappointed in this big coaching egg he laid on the team, his coaching staff, and the Tiger Nation collectively. It will take some time to get over this one.

We lost one game and everyone wants his head, Get over it, would you rather have that piece of shite saban back if so your not a true LSU fan, im so sick of bandwagon fans, We had to play an extra game that bama did not, besides that everyone knows bama did not belong in that game, As fr not playing Lee, well it is obvious that Les see's something in practice that we dont get to see, or maybe just maybe he knows about an injury that Lee has that could have cost him more than a game, Not starting a rumor but just saying, we still have the better record and the best fricking mascot in the nation, so frick bama and there gay arse elephant, we will be gunning for the bitches next year...
