Could you supply evidence from history that our coaches understand how to use, grow and direct these raw talents to victories and heismans?

Yes, Really.

Name a single QB that Les has used correctly?

Name a single QB that Les has coached above natural talent?

Name a single QB that Les recruited and graduated with a better, confirmed on the field skill set?

All QB's he's touched have devolved as their years progressed.

And if you use Matt Flynn as an example, his years behind Jemarcus because of perceived talent gaps were blown away once he touched down in the Packers organization, which needs to be given more credit for his development than LSU does. Out of college, no one could have predicted where he is now in terms of perceived potential. It took several years in Green Bay's hands to get it out of him. Had he any potential perceived by scouts coming out of a National Championship victory, he would have been drafted much higher.

Les remains blinded by measurables while ignoring intangibles and things obvious to even the most ignorant fan.
