You read the board. As long as we were winning, there was no reason to make any changes.

There were plenty of posts about the putrid offensive performance of the GA game, but so many responded negatively to that due to the fact that we did win.

I was hopeful that the coaches would have been able to see past the scoreboard and look at the problem areas and address them during the preparation for the BCSCG, but I guess I was wrong.

Right

But the people that were saying this were strangely in favor of changing QBs despite Lee leading us to the best offensive output in years and an undefeated record. Funny how that works

We also won the first game versus Bama. When reviewing film for gameplan changes, you are much more likely to look for changes if you lose than if you win. Remember, this is not the NFL where rematches are regular. This was a unique situation that frankly we didn't handle very well. Add this to the fact that emotionally our guys saw no benefit of beating the same team again and you end up with the pounding we got.
