Les miles is stubborn and thinks his judgement is fat superior to anyone's. He early doesn't consult with assistants, you cant tell me a coach on that staff didn't recommend a change. I would suspend miles and strip some of his power. Let him recruit and act like he is coaching but let an Intelligent coach make the calls. If you thought miles ever coached Saban your head needs to be examined.
