re: Miles raise for winning BCS?

I also saw in another post that the coaches salaries are based on Jan. 1 of the year in which the increase occurs. That way, if Alabama decides to give Saban a raise after he loses the championship game, Miles does not get more than the raised amount, just the current amount. I am not sure if this is correct, but it was SIAP.
