Agreed. Flynn has had the reputation of being the hard working backup. This perseverance paid off in college and appears to be working in the NFL as well. Obviously he's talented too, but hard work can take you to another level.

Jamatcus started over flynn cus he was more athletically gifted and ready to start at a younger age. You really think flynn could have done what jmarc did in 04the and 05? Flynn was an immature college kid that frequented tigerland a lot. He matured and became a better player.
Flynn also looked like shite the few times he did play except for the peach bowl. Flynn was no where near the same wb when he was a teenager. But i guess everyone on here knows how to run a football program better than les miles.
