Just admit you were wrong about Les and then we can all begin our New Year on a positive note with a clean slate.
I wasn't wrong, at the time he made epic failures, was a laughinstock, and looked like an idiot many times. His coaching sucked donkey balls. Now he is better. I have said that multiple times.

We have won 11+ games and finished top 10 in 5 of his 7 season. Sorry, I'm not going to concede he just now became a good college football coach. If you need that to justify your complete and utter wrongness, you're barking up the wrong tree here, sir. Did he make some bad moves? Absolutely. So does every coach who's ever roamed the sidelines. His quirkiness--which I know irks you to no end--just magnified them. Tenfold at times.

Les Miles is an entertaining character--likely the biggest one in CFB in recent history--but make no mistake, nobody who wasn't completely retarded ever thought the he was the "laughingstock of college football." Everybody who knows anything about anything was able to respect his accoplishments, uncoventional as his methods may have seemed.
