And? Who gives a shite. Are the Cowboys going to ask for a rematch because they lost to Philly due to Romo jacking up his hand? That's the most rediculous thing I've ever heard and the owner should be kicked square in the nuts just for suggesting that.

Yeah screw that. Same situation of losing a player on a game time decision. Tell them to deal with it

I'm hijacking your thread for a moment.

In my league I had Romo and AP, thanks to their injuries I'm gonna end up losing by 14. If Romo would've gotten his normal average of 18-20 points I would be celebrating my 5th win in 8 years.

My team was amazing all season, more than 200 points total higher than the next closest team, finished with the most points in 10 of the regular season weeks and 2nd highest in the other 3.

I am more than a little butthurt by my losing.

I've always thought injuries were a pretty raw deal in fantasy football. In the real game, your back-up comes in.

My proposed rule to address this issue: If one of your starters gets knocked out of the game in the first half (i.e. doesn't return), then you get half the points of someone on your bench who plays the same position.

Dumb?

I also took my third championship this year. Only three-time champ in league started in 1999.

The guy I beat also had Romo. I think I might have won anyway. I still have Turner and am up by more than ten. I should have played Lynch, but didn't.

No such thing in fantasy. There are injuries in every game. Do not feel sorry for him. I don't.

I don't feel bad at all, while he had Romo, I lost AP for entire second half

Nope. Excellent idea. I wonder if it's possible to set up a league that way?

Of course, what I'd really like is a league where you draft a full roster before the season, adjust the player ratings after the season, and play each other on Madden.

That would beat fantasy football by a longshot.

Everyone here would agree that it sucks if you had Romo playing in your league championship. With that said, people dont get re-dos when injuries happen in FF. I'm sure every Jamal Charles owner hated there life when he went down in week 1 but what can you do? Deal with it.

I lost by 9pts with a Romo goose egg and a McCoy 4pt game. No redos. Just sucks.
