Anyone try this to lean out. I have noticed that eating chicken and beef has made me sluggish and lose a good amount of energy. I might switch for awhile to lean out and see if I feel any better. Any advice?

If you want to feel better try a gluten free diet for a while. Also you could eat organic chicken which isn't pumped full of hormones and other crap.

You could try going veggie just for lunch to prevent that afternoon lull.

It's not the meat - research the Paleo style. Eat organic and fresh nonprocessed foods with veggies and fruits and the sluggishness will go away

I know about the Paleo diet. I eat organic when I am home from college. Sorry I didn't state this but I want to do the diet at college where the meat is shitty. Sorry I didn't put that in the OP guys. My step mom has celiacs so I am aware of the gluten free diet.
