If Saints & 49ers both finish 13-3, who gets the #2 seed/bye week?

If they lose to PIT and tie us at 11-3, what happens if both teams win out? We got ATL & CAR at home, they go to SEA & STL. We'd then have identical: overall, conference, division records.

What's the the 4th tiebreaker?

I believe the Niners would still have it by the conference tie breaker.

We lost to 3 NFC teams and they only lost to 2, so they win the tie-breaker of best conference record.

If both win out SF would have a better conference record.
