It's coming sometime in the future (or already exists perhaps in a parallel universe?) for I had a dream I was there. The only details I can remember is that I was watching a game from a much higher and further from the field vantage point than the current top of the South end of the stadium, and I think you actually drive up to the stadium and park level with the very top (in a giant parking lot/garage I suppose). So I guess they will engineer/design it so that fans don't have to walk so much?

It was huge; over 200,000 capacity would be my guess.

Nahhhh.

You don't put upper decks in only to tear them down 30 or 40 years later.

The day they decided to add on to TS, they also decided that the stadium would be there for another century.
