I'm certainly no structural engineer, but I see no reason that the current Tiger Stadium can't remain viable for another century given appropriate structural maintenance. After all, much more complex collosal edifices like the Statue of Liberty (1884) and the Eiffel Tower (1889) have been in existence for well over a century and aren't on the cusp of being demolished. Tiger Satdium won't even reach the century mark until 2020 or so, and that is only the grandstand components. The endzones and upper decks are more recent.
