I'd like to be able to do several things:

endow a couple of professorships at a salary level high enough to draw the very best

redo Hatcher, Hodges, and Johnson: totally clean out the buildings (asbestos and lead mitigation); if structurally possible, add several floors and some decent elevators. the lower floors can stay as office space, the new upper floors would be dormitory space

do the mitigation and cleanout of West and South Stadium dorms and make them into something useful...

look at a design for a multi story parking garage on old Alex Box that would include RV hookups on the top level (something like the municipal lots in Knoxville by the Marriott)

a couple of pet projects involving ROTC:
cadet band - we used to have one
memorial tank - those who know me know exactly what kind of tank too

this list could eat up a bunch of money quickly
