Head-to-Head every week, got it. Should the line-ups lock at the beginning of the week or before individual games

I've seen both, but personally, I'm not a fan of weekly lineups. I've always set mine daily. You can set your daily lineups days or weeks in advance if need be(at least on Yahoo!), just have to check for injured players.
