It's common knowledge that most men have their final growth spurt between ages 16-19. It's not my fault

Then it is commonly wrong. Males typically stop growing around 25, but can grow much later. Females stop growing younger. It is unlikely he will see a significant height difference between now and 25, but he is still growing at his age.
